I was extremely satisfied with the service and the flowers were delivered on time and as asked.
Sophie was very prompt to investigate the issue when my flowers were not delivered on the intended day. She also offered to arrange a new delivery the next day and included a box of chocolate as an apology. Even though I was upset initially with the non-delivery, her thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.
