The bouquet was topped up with other flowers and only the color of hyacinth matched the actual color in the picture. I don't find it a 100% fair as an online shop.
Thank you for your feedback:) Based on shared picture, it seems florist has just inverted the colors of gerberas and alstromerias (red gerberas instead of white one, and white alstromerias instead of red one) and added some red roses. Some small changes like these are allowed by our rules being the bouquet realized by artisan florists, using seasonal products and subject to natural changes. As overal loocking, the bouquet appears well assembled and in line with the paid amount.
