The mimosa cake is particularly suitable for March 8: the cake is prepared on a sponge cake base, filled with cream and whipped cream. From another sponge cake the cubes with which the cake is covered are obtained, which recall the bunches of mimosa, the flower par excellence for Women's Day. The cake is a handmade product made by local confectioners, based on the creative sensitivity of the pastry chef and the local traditions, therefore picture has to be considered only indicative. All the cakes proposed have an approximate weight of 1kg.
