Hello, my friend received the package I ordered today and was very happy and surprised. This was a surprise gift for her upcoming 40th birthday. The orchid was beautiful, the fruit was plentiful, the pastry selection was very fine and fresh. My only issue that the bottle was a fine sparkling wine not a champagne. If you saying on a product it’s champagne it needs to be a champagne. This is the reason I am giving 3 stars and not 5. Sincerely, Mila
Thank you for sharing your feedback:) Well, local florist was not able to find a champagne bottle in local shops, so had used a very high quality sparkly wine (also known as Italian champagne). The difference has been compensated using a better quality orchid plant.
It was easy to order and the gift was delivered right on time. The orchid was beautiful and huge, and the champagne real champagne and delicious (not sparkling wine). Great service!
