Product description
Saint Honore Cake is created by our pastry with sponge cake, divided into layers stuffed with a cream and white chocolate Chiboust. The edges are coated with a bit of cream and covered with hazelnut cream puffs filled with Covered creams and attacked the cake with caramel, then the cake is decorated with two creams. The cake is a handmade product made by local confectioners, based on the creative sensitivity of the pastry chef and the local traditions, therefore picture has to be considered only indicative. All the cakes proposed have an approximate weight of 1kg.
