Yes, you can do that. For deliveries addressed in hotels, restaurants, tourist villages, Campings, nursing homes, churches and cemeteries and more generally in all places in which it is not possible the delivery directly to the recipient, the delivery will be considered successfull done with the signature by the staff/receptionists.
During Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, Mother's Day, Easter, San Valentino, Women's day or more in general on weekends and holidays the delivery of floral gift could be anticipated to the previous day.
Yes, you can type specific instructions (example: to call the recipient before to deliver, etc.) using the field "notes to the flowers shop:" present in the order form.
The images are only indicative and may not be exactly the product delivered by florist. And however due to forces greater, or because in the place of execution there isn't the availability, the type or quantity of flowers requested-The Florist is authorized to provide for the replacement of the type or quantity of flowers requested by the customer with the most possible similar to the type that these paid.

Our Florists will try to deliver the flowers and in case the recipient won't be at home, they will leave a message. Moreover, our Florists will try to phone to the recipient too. In case they won't be able to complete the delivery, will give immediate communication to us and our Customers Care will contact you by e-mail or by phone.
In case you should realize of having committed an error in the compilation of the order form or in case you would change some details regarding your order, you can contact us writing at Customers Care, citing your order ID in the subject. The required changes will be examined ONLY if previous of the delivery date indicated and taking charge of the Order by our Florist.
