To check the delivery status, in addition to the order number, it is needed also the e-mail address used to place the order. If you have entered both information correctly and are still unable to find your order we would suggest you to contact our Customer Service.
It may happen that the traceability status remains the same for long periods as in some cases the florists update the system when they return to the flowers shop and after having finished the tour of the deliveries.
Our system will send you an email automatically to inform about the delivery as soon as our local florist will update the status.
